All of the staff at Milestone Decisions are dedicated and hardworking. I can see how all the staff ensure that their clients are in the best hands and are receiving the best care. Milestone Decisions provides many opportunities for their clients to better themselves and to find hobbies that they can enjoy.
What I wish was different
The training process seemed to take forever to finish. I think that Milestone Decisions should get their staff fully trained right away before their first shift.
Advice
Give the job a few months. Things may be difficult at first, however, if you continue to push and get more comfortable with the clients, your experience will improve.
