It was very personal. I was working with two mentors and could reach out to them easily for questions. It was also very independent so I had freedom to learn and grow.
What I wish was different
I wish it were longer, or that I could work with them again, Since it is a fellowship and not a job, returning after college is not very applicable.
Advice
Ask lots of questions during meetings, and try to be as engaged as you can!
