Being able to make my own schedule, taking care of patients, learning new things everyday
What I wish was different
At the beginning I was often assigned to be a 1:1 with a patient and I wasn’t learning much at first

Go into things with confidence and an open mind. I knew nothing about the medical field when I started my job and I have learned a ton!

All of the employees were so helpful and ready and willing to teach!
What I wish was different
I wish there had still been coders on staff in the building for questions and education, but they are all remote at this point.
Advice
Take all of the opportunities that you can. If there is a meeting you can attend go, even if you dont exactly understand. Absorb every possible part of the job that you can.
