I like that I get to work with different types of children. Every case is unique.

I wish the hours worked were different. I would love to be able to work 8 hour or split shifts in addition to the regular 12 hour shifts.

One piece of advice that I would like to share about my experience is to take advantage of all the training opportunities that they have available.
