It was actual, independent work, not "Intern work" such as fetching coffee. I was given tasks to work on that were applied to actual products by the company and it was possible to see the impact I made.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more confident going into the job as I feel that could have led to further opportunities.
Advice
Prove yourself, if a task is given to you that you haven't done before, use it as a learning experience and show that you can adapt to the requirements of the job.
