What I liked

The environment is wonderful. The instructing team really tries to work together to help their students the best that they can. My boss, Rich, really tries to make everyone feel included and is very open to new ideas on how to improve his business and teach math the best way possible.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have transfered to a Mathnasium up here at Cornell, but there are none. Thankfully, the skills I learned (interpersonal interactions, speaking, teamwork, remembering a lot of information at once) are transferable to other jobs up here.

Advice

Communicate with your employer or possible employer. Also, never be afraid to ask about an opportunity because it might just be wonderful.
