I really enjoyed the experience of working in an office setting and meeting new people and being able to network. I also liked learning new skills such as talking to independent contractors over the phone and gaining knowledge about Excel and the database the company used.
What I wish was different
I do not wish that anything was different about this internship because it was a really great experience for me and I was lucky enough to have had that opportunity.
Advice
I would say do not let fear or intimidation hold you back because in the end it will be worth it. Regardless if you hate or love the position you are in, it is experience and in the "real world" experience is key.
