I enjoyed the professional atmosphere of the company. The full time employees at the company were very helpful in helping me improve my financial and accounting skills as well as helping me have a successful internship. I learned skills that I will use in future internships and careers. I also made new friends with the interns that I worked with.
What I wish was different
One thing that I wish had been different would be working full time in the office rather than working in a hybrid format; however, I liked the hybrid format because the office was far from my house and I did not have to drive far every day.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share would be attention to detail. When working with lots of numbers it is important to take the time to check your work in order to not make any mistakes. Even a small mistake can compound into a larger mistake if it is not corrected.
