Sales and Marketing Intern

What I liked

It was a super small company, so I worked closely with multiple departments and department heads. The president of the magazine I worked for, also worked in the same work space as the rest of the employees. It was an extremely friendly environment to work in, and I had such a positive experience there.

What I wish was different

I would have loved if this was a full time internship with pay, but I'm not upset that it wasn't. It was a great experience regardless.

Advice

Have confidence in yourself, because you'll be given a lot of responsibility. Also, get to know your co workers, because you're going to work closely with everyone, and it's more enjoyable when you're friends with everyone. Don't panic under pressure, everything will work out. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you're confused!
