I loved getting experience in sports and being able to learn everything that goes on behind the scenes and how quick they have to adapt to new challenges at times.
What I wish was different
I had a great time with my internship, but the only downfall was being unpaid, but with sports it’s not as easy finding a paid internship as other fields. The experience you get with a sports internship is really your pay.
Advice
Look for internships as soon as possible. Find something that really interest you and intern doing it, internships are the best way to find out if you really want to find a career in doing something because you actually get the experience doing it.

What I liked
I loved being able to work in such a diverse environment. I was constantly working independently to try and serve the needs of people, and the interactions that came along with it made everything worth it. The workplace and employees are so genuine, and I thoroughly enjoy working there.

What I liked
I like how involved I was in making sure all levels of operations at the ballpark were checked up on and finished in a timely manner. I also liked how I got to work with my boss one on one in a controlled and stable work environment
What I wish was different
It felt like we worked way to many long days that I believe could have been avoided especially since we weren't hourly so my time kinda felt taken advantage of.
Advice
Just know that although you will work a lot of hours, the experience you gain from interning with the scrappers and the networking of people you meet will help you prepare for a full time job once you leave college and start your career.
