What I liked

Leadership Pathway is a great way to connect college students (and future church leaders) with local churches committed to developing young leaders. LP is an INCREDIBLE way for college students to get experience (while still in college!) while receiving practical leadership development that can be used in and out of ministry. And, the residencies lead to a job offer! Pay and experience in college, leadership development, and a job offer. Win, win, win. 10/10 recommend.

What I wish was different

I wish we had the capacity to utilize LP more at my workplace (have more residents, etc.), but that is on our end, not LP's end.

Advice

Like anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it! Go into this with an open mind. You will grow SO much (professionally and beyond) and have a blast, all at the same time.
