What I liked
I have had other internships before but this was the most well-put together one I have had. They had a schedule of what the interns should be learning/doing each week and definitely tried to stick to it. They had tours of their main office, game nights and lunches - all so you could get to know the other interns. Definitely learned a lot, but they never expected you to do something they had not taught you first. My project manager and project engineer would periodically check in to make sure I was getting the most out of my internship. Also liked how much field time I got, even if most of my work was office work.
