I really enjoyed the company culture and how willing everyone was to help. This role typically has more of a full-time Credit Analyst day-to-day schedule which I really enjoyed as well. You really get good exposure to all parts of the finance organization at Land O'Lakes.

Advice
Most people don't think about Credit as a possible Finance opportunity, but go in with an open mind as it is a really good experience to have.

I wish that I was able to complete my internship in person but otherwise, nothing!

Find your network: your group of champions and those who you inspire to be like. But genuinely connect with people, don't just "use" them to climb the corporate latter. Authenticity sticks.
