I enjoy the large variety of professional people that I get to interact with, from nurses to physicians and speech therapists to immunologists.
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more aides and nurses in the healthcare field to increase quality patient care and reduce the risk of burnout. I think this is the desire of many people.
Advice
Getting into any place of work gives you an opportunity you to learn and expand your knowledge in a way that will be useful for serving your community and directing your future. But it is especially enjoyable when that job involves direct compassionate care of others.
