What I liked
I loved the enthusiasm of the staff and how much fun the position allowed counselors to have, which involved playing sports and going boating with energetic, hilarious kids.

I loved the way that the counselors were treated and acted as a team. We all worked very hard together and it was fun,

Advice
Go with the flow. Just because you have plans for the kids doesn't mean that's what is going to happen. Be quick on your feet and don't get too caught up when things go wrong. Learn from it all.
