Lake Erie Nature & Science Center

About Lake Erie Nature & Science Center

Lake Erie Nature & Science Center is an independent nonprofit museum and nature center for children, families, and young adults. Visitors enjoy free general admission to see natural history and space science exhibits, and live animal habitats. The planetarium dome hosts informal science education programs for young children, families, and young adults. Our nature based preschool is the first and largest in the region. The Center is the only organization in Cuyahoga County that provides wildlife rehabilitation services, which are free the public; it has one of only two public access planetariums in the Cleveland area; and it is the only informal science education center in the region with direct access to Lake Erie.
