I liked the environment, everyone was always so friendly and I learned a lot about the business world while working.
What I wish was different
I wish I was more independent and could complete more tasks on my own.
Advice
Always have a smile on your face, and be open minded because you might like more departments than you initially thought.

What I liked
I loved this because I was able to learn right alongside the managers of the organizaitons. I was able to sit in on meetings that I would not have been able to at a different organization.
What I wish was different
Me being a non-automotive major, I didn't know much about the industry, so I was a little slow to catch up on everyone else.
Advice
Such a great organization to work for, being that they really treat you like family. Their motto is about getting the "The Family Deal" and they really take that to heart.
