LA's BEST is a partnership of the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Unified School District and the private sector, providing an afterschool program to 25,000 elementary school students in 200 schools in the neighborhoods with the highest needs and fewest resources. LA's BEST not only gives children a safe place to be after school gets out, but also a place where they can learn and thrive through social, emotional, intellectual and physical engagement with caring adults and dynamic experiences.
