I enjoyed working for a small fund as it allowed me to see many aspects of the venture capital industry. Everyone in this office is very intelligent and willing to share their knowledge.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a more corporate experience as this is a very small office. There is give and take to both but other then that, I would recommend this opportunity to any current student interested in Real Estate.
Advice
Try and push yourself when you have an opportunity to do your own research. I found these opportunities outside my weekly duties gave me an immense amount of knowledge in this field. Take advantage of your superiors knowledge on sourcing and research tactics.
