What I liked

It was interactive with other interns. Just being able to see someone with more experience in the internship you could reach out to them and they would be happy to answer your question. No matter what team you are in you can be trained for higher levels in leadership by anyone who has received it before you. It is a structured process, so you are not really lost in what you have to do and you are able to record it easily on an action list.

What I wish was different

I think it would have been better for the media interns to not have such a long design process. I feel that not all of the steps are necessary to get a good final product that you can be happy of.

Advice

It is four months long so be willing to put in effort for the entire time. Don't be afraid to ask other interns questions they are happy to help. It is remote, so most of the work is independent projects. Even with getting feedback and meeting with the media team on what project you did for the week, there will be very little conversations with others unless through text and email.
