I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with and working with people I usually would not have had to opportunity to meet and work in the same environment. The work was rewarding as well as being able to work with the multitude of camps that came to campus over the summer season.
What I wish was different
At times I wish that we had more people working with certain camps that were larger and more difficult to deal with in comparison to smaller camps.
Advice
Make sure to accomplish all of your tasks when you are on shift, as it will snowball into other people's shifts and create more work for other people if you do not accomplish everything during your shift.
