I liked how it was an actual civil engineering design internship rather than a construction administration one. I also liked how the company culture encouraged collaboration. It was the right mix between being challenging and having access to help. I also liked the location.
What I wish was different
I wish I had worked on more transportation-related projects as opposed to water resources projects.
Advice
I highly recommend using EngineerJobs.com for all your job-searching needs in engineering. Civil Engineering as a major gets overshadowed by Construction Engineering Management so the university's career resources are not enough to help you find what you're looking for, in my opinion.
