The grounds and area was beautiful. The mornings were completely quiet, so were the nights. The sky at night on a clear day was like a chandelier glaring back to you. The staff were very nice and hard working. In addition, faith was incorporated greatly to their work ethics and values.
What I wish was different
A bit more pay.
Advice
Serving was a huge aspect of this job. Leaders would always emphasize serving campers, customers, and anyone else including are very own co-workers. This advice and mindset that shaped and formed through this job's experience was carried into other field of work, study, and aspects of my life.
