I like the hands on work and the flexibility. I was trusted with quite a bit and was given quite a few opportunities to show my worth in different skills and positions.
What I wish was different
Sometimes communication was difficult or sub-par, but the majority of communication issues that I saw were between different companies.
Advice
Take every opportunity to do more and don't be afraid to question decisions, but knowing how to question a decision politely and respectfully is very important.
