What I liked
I was able to take on role in a company that allows their interns to add value immediately. There was never a time that I felt like an intern. From the first day, I felt like a FT employee with goals, expectations, and accountability.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have come in with more knowledge on the MS Office suite, in particular excel.
Advice
Go into any role with an open mind and always ask questions. If you are unsure about anything, ask. When you have down time, ask for more to do.
