I appreciated the ease-of-use of the tutoring program applied, the interpersonal experience with my colleagues, and the satisfaction of working with the students and watching them grow and change over the short time I had with them.
What I wish was different
The tutoring program as a whole had a very 'one-size-fits-all' feel to it; I suppose because it was the first year this program was implemented there were still a number of issues to be worked out.
Advice
Get to know each of the students you're working with and their individual skill levels--it will much easier (and much more fun!) to work out exactly where they need to be with the program and how best you can help them hone their skills.
