The company is small and they give you a lot of responsibility and ability to work on projects, they let me transition our sales team from sales force to hubspot after I presented the idea which was great.
What I wish was different
Calling and sending emails got monotonous.
Advice
If you want to do things outside of your daily work, take initiative and work on side projects in your extra time. You might be able to snag yourself something new to work on and make a real change in the company!
