Working in an intimate office setting was a different and fun experience. I loved feeling like I was a contributing part of a team.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more insight into the other supporting jobs around me. It would allow me to understand the individual jobs of the people I worked with everyday.
Advice
Don't be afraid to speak your mind on topics that may not concern your job position. Working as a team and offering different perspectives can lead to great ideas.
