What I liked
It is a great work environment. My co-workers are some of the best people to be working with. Because Klim is a premium brand, everyone is engaged and involved. I have never wondered if someone is actually doing their part because I know everyone working there wants to be there. The thing I liked most is that I was given actual projects to work on by myself. I was able to design some hard parts from the ground up, I was also able to modify parts that have already been in production.
