I like the real world experience that I am currently obtaining. There are many moving pieces and I have a large say in how these things come together.
What I wish was different
I have not had a negative experience, this is a new and changing program. If something isn't ideal we can figure out alternatives as we go. It is great.
Advice
Be flexible and open to change, remember that the people in this program have lifetimes of experience they are putting out there for interns to learn.
