I loved working with the children and creating fun activities with them.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours would have been better. I had overtime pretty much every week due to understaffing. I worked from 6:15 am to 5:30pm depending on what staff was there.
Advice
Take advantage of the resources given, but also try to be creative.
