KidStrong is a unique child development program that founders Matt and Megin Sharp created for their daughter Ella after going to other children’s activities. She was a PE teacher and had seen how much children were struggling now both physically, mentally, and socially. The goal of the program is to empower parents and kids and give them the tools to succeed at life. We teach everything from pull ups to introducing yourself.
