The one aspect i liked is i learned a lot more in the 2 months i have been there than being in classes for a year! The MCOM department here at UT Tyler is extremely frustrating sometimes.
I thought everybody was so cool to talk to and they welcomed interns a lot!
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish that was different was actually getting hands-on experience in terms of filming stuff and editing stuff. Because of the limitations of the internship at the time I couldn't film anything unfortunately
Advice
Put yourself out there and talk to everybody that you can so that you can learn more which in return will help you get references for a future job.
