What I liked

- vast range of tasks, duties and experiences - made connections and relationships with so many cool people - good pay - the internship was designed to benefit me and help me reach personal goals while also providing the company tremendous value - had a mentor and phenomenal coaching every day

What I wish was different

- more direct guidance on how to improve - more opportunities to see job sites (they tried!)

Advice

- go into it with high expectations for yourself and for the company! They expect a ton out of you… meanwhile they also contributed enormously to my personal growth and development as well. And ask lots of questions! Go above and beyond, all day, every day.
