I liked how passionate everyone is about their jobs and their willingness to help the interns.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more diversity within the company. Often times I felt excluded because there was no one that looked like me (African American) or that could relate to me.
Advice
Prior to entering any career or internship, make sure that you do research on the company first. It’s important to interview them as well as them interview you. And of course, always do your best work! First impressions are extremely important.
