What I liked
I enjoyed the environment and emphasis on collaboration at Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen campus.
What I wish was different
My mentor did not spend time in the lab, so his ability to assist me with learning techniques was limited.
Advice
When working for a large company, be sure to take advantage of the resources. Meet with as many people as you can (they call this type of meeting 1:1s) to build your network and hear about their experiences.
