A bit stressful, they switched the contractors, including myself, around between many different teams so there were many learning periods where we were not doing anything while waiting to be trained.

What I liked
I had a full time office job, contracted out to M&T Bank Mortgage Department. My hours were the same every week so I can plan other activities easily.
What I wish was different
Nothing! All my coworkers were nice and extremely helpful as I learned my duties. I enjoyed the environment and the experience.
Advice
You need to have good communication and people skills, and you need to be able to stay on top of several tasks at once without getting mixed up.

I love sharing my personal life struggles, difficulties, and challenges that I have experienced with the young people in my community. I believe with being a leader it is always best to be honest and straight from the heart. Especially to those we hope to draw to Jesus Christ.

One must have passion and integrity. With those whom the Lord assigns to us, without passion and integrity I do not believe that we can be effective leaders for Jesus Christ.

Just make sure you watch what you are doing and be safe about doing it. Also if you have questions just ask do not try and figure it out by yourself.
