What I liked
The hands-on environment allows you to learn and grow in so many ways. Being smaller, there are many aspects you can get involved in and make a difference. Management encourages you, makes your voice heard and truly believes in you. This experience was way more than I ever could have imagined. I was not stuck behind a cubicle doing the same daily tasks, I was out learning new things daily.
