They provided a stipend and were really flexible with my schedule. It was a really relaxed environment to work in while still providing me with a "going to the office" experience.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to write more editorial content instead of just generating recipes. The work itself became fairly tedious, and the office was not very social.
Advice
Be choosy about where you decide to intern. Do research on the company and don't assume that you should work somewhere just because they hire you. Your time is valuable, so use it wisely.
