It was a phenomenal experience as on a small, grass-roots campaign I was given the opportunity to be more than just a classic intern and work out in the field and be in charge of other volunteers.
What I wish was different
Other than wishing that we had won the campaign, communication could have been slightly better within the organization.
Advice
Connections are the most important thing you can have. Keep interacting with people and maybe one of them will lead you to your next big opportunity.
