The best part of J&J was the company's employees, nice people, very smart, easy to work with. There were a lot of opportunities for professional development and interaction with various business functions across all three divisions.
What I wish was different
There was some organizational change when I worked here, I was hoping to do more complex data analysis, much of my time was spent in more of an MIS capacity.

Reach out to people, attend as many events as possible, and network.
