JetBlue is in the business of flying, but our business is not merely about transporting people from one point to another. When JetBlue took flight in February 2000, it was with the belief that there had to be a better way of doing business - a way to bring humanity back to the skies. And how do we inspire humanity? By providing kind, compassionate service to our Customers and to each other.

Our Values
Take everything that's not so great about air travel. Now think of ways to erase those experiences and perceptions. This was how our founders came up with the JetBlue Values that still guide us today.

Our five Values - Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun - set us apart from the other guys. They're who we are, what we stand for and what we'll never compromise on. They're the foundation for our culture, our tools for success and the ingredients to the secret sauce we affectionately call the Blue Juice. Together, the Values make the JetBlue Experience unmatchable - and delightful.
