I'm given real responsibility and am expected to perform for the sake of the project. I feel like a genuine part of the team. They also have a strong, cohesive community of employees and run on an ESOP.
What I wish was different
Better communication between myself and my project manager.
Advice
Accept that there will always be a task you don't understand or can't perform, and go ask for help when you're in that situation.

Loved the culture and the helpful coworkers. Also that I was exposed to many phases of construction.

I wish I have had more internships as a freshman and sophomore.

Do a lot of networking and ask as many questions to learn about the industry!
