My supervisors were incredibly flexible and always worked around my schedule, which was so helpful. They were also very understanding and considerate of any challenges I faced, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out to me was how my colleagues valued my thoughts and opinions. It was great to feel like I was truly a part of the team. I especially enjoyed attending communication and guest booking meetings, where I gained valuable insights into how the company operates. I really appreciated the constructive criticism from my supervisors, and learning how to improve my writing and effectively reach the audience. My supervisors even helped me strengthen my resume from the employer's perspective, which was incredibly helpful. The assignments and projects I worked on were enjoyable while also helping me gain meaningful experience. Your supervisors are very flexiable and willing to work with you. They are fun to work with and are able to provide great professional advice and feedback to your work. I was also able to sit in on various meetings with the staff and able to soak in that experience. The staff is also fairly small, so it is a very tight knit group. I was also able to talk and work on some smaller projects with other departments. ”
