What I liked
I liked how they taught you the responsibilities on how to run a store. How to check inventory, make schedules, do deposits. I learned how businesses operate as part of a franchise.

Advice
I would share that learning how to take criticism is very important. It is important not to let any personal feelings affect you in the work place. You have to be able to be fair and understanding when working with co-workers. Also, being bilingual or being open to learn a new language is also very important when working with people from different parts of the world.
