What I wish was different

What I liked
I like that the job gives me medical record and laboratory experience. I have skills in itBioPath, a medical record keeping software, and I know how to get specimens (e.g. blood, pleural fluid, stool, urine, etc.) prepared for processors.
What I wish was different
I hope that I will be able to learn about processing eventually, but I have a student position and if I were a processor I would not have the flexibility of scheduling like I do with my student position.
Advice
Ask a ton of questions to the point you annoy your coworkers. If the job deals with private, sensitive patient information it should be done with the least amount of mistakes and uncertainties as possible.
