What I liked
Really great experience, working with my mentor really helped me integrate into Hudl's work environment! Also allows for direct work with the teams so I was always working on a project that eventually would make it into production!
What I wish was different
It was difficult to meet interns outside of my squad and field (ie. Quality Anaylst Interns) but I still managed to meet a few through their intern events!

Come in with an open mind and willingness to learn!

What I liked
Hudl is a dynamic, fast paced environment to work in where I am constantly challenged and pushed outside my comfort zone. I loved flexible scheduling and the ability to take time off over the summer to visit my family.
What I wish was different
I wish I could continue to work full time during the school year like I did over the summer!
Advice
When looking for a summer position, make sure that you're considering company culture as well as how the position applies to your academic coursework- it is your summer after all, you want to enjoy yourself!
Hudl doesn't hold your hand and gives you plenty of responsibility. Take advantage of opportunities and make the most of the experience!

I was treated the same as a full time employee. I was taken seriously and my work was the same as the full timers.

Advice
Even if you’re a freshman, you can still get an internship if you make the right impression. I got mine with only my high school credentials, because the recruiters liked my perspective and personality.

What I liked
Worked directly with production code. I was able to ship and test real enhancements and fixes. At Hudl you are a key member to your team as an intern. We were provided housing with a few other interns. It was a great experience!
