Everyone is super friendly! At this job you continue to learn and grow and they are there to help you along your journey!
What I wish was different
Personally, don't think I have one. The moment i started training I made sure to ask a bunch of questions because up until this job I had never worked with kids before. They answered all my questions and the training is super helpful. Once you get through it all it becomes very natural.

Swim Intructor
April 2018 • Mesa, AZ
What I liked
I like that the employers were and still are, very helpful and supportive of my development as a swim instructor.
What I wish was different
I would say the way I approached the process of taking over the classes. I wish I had asked more question at the beginning stage, but as of right now, I am grateful that I am still able to ask the questions that I did not ask before.
Advice
Ask a lot of questions about the different hand techniques and reasoning behind the techniques to help the child swim effectively.
