I loved the customers and the people that I worked with. The workers were very understanding and I learned a lot from the job.

What I liked
The environment with my coworkers was very welcoming and educational. They never discouraged my questioning which allowed me to learn as much as possible. My manager was also understanding of mistakes as a learning opportunity which helped me further my learning experience in a way that would stick with me.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work there because I had built great personal connections. I had to leave because school was starting and I didn't have enough time to commute back and forth and accomplish my school work successfully.
Advice
I would use this experience to learn from trial and error. This is an environment that is very understand so learn to speak confidently for yourself. Do not be afraid to speak up and accept the opportunities provided as a stepping stone for learning.
