A lot of development projects Keep implementing new features Most people are helpful Can learn a lot from company

What I wish was different

Has Culture of PIP(Performance improvement plan) They PIP new grads in 3 month who has performance lower than average, which is deal-break for me. The workload is a little high, pressure exist A small star-up company, lack of documentation for tech people Rough onboarding process, take a lot of time to get familiar with the team

Advice

Personally, I don't recommand new grad to join this company. They don't have time for you to master everything. But for an intern, that won't be a problem.
